I'm Loving Cat Eye Sunglasses!

An original product of the late 1950's, cat eye sunglasses were worn by Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor and Audrey Hepburn. All good fashion trends eventually come back around and this is no exception. It's hard not to feel a little cool when wearing a pair of these puppies!  The modern versions are flattering to all face shapes. I found a few that were priced low so that you can try them out without a big cash commitment. Slap on some red lipstick wrap a scarf around your head and saunter around the house (oh come on you know you wanna do it!) or just wear them out with a cute jean jacket.

Victoria Beckham Looking Fab In A Fall Fedora

The straw fedora was a HUGE summer beach bag accessory and now with the summer wrapping up it seems the fedora is shedding it's straw exterior in exchange for a warmer wool one.  A chic fedora is a great way to dress up a jean and tee or make a quick save from a bad hair day! The following are under $50! From left to right: Barmah Crushable Red Fedora , Obey 'Cooper' Wool Felt Fedora & LOFT Colorblock Raisin

The Dupe List!!

I found this website called Temptalia That has the coolest feature called the Dupe List where you can enter some of your favorite brands by shade and see if there is another manufacture that makes a similar  and in some cases the EXACT color! The above example Dior Red Dahlia (cost $25.00) matches 100% to China Glaze Seduce Me (cost $4.99) according to the website. $20 bucks back in my pocket...Nice!!

Love it, Stack it!

Stacking is not only fun but also the hottest thing right now. I chose to show you a stacking in rose gold tones because rose gold tone is the latest craze in jewelry. The only downside with stacking is that it can get pricey. So I found comparable stacking pieces at half the price! At the top is a cute rose love bracelet that resembles the Michael Kors Pave Bar Bracelet to it's right at 1/3 the price. Next is Stainless Rose Gold Buckle Bangle that is similar to Michael Kors Rose Gold Buckle Bracelet also 1/3 the price! For the Rose watch you have to the left Fossil Rose Gold Stella watch vs. Michael Kors Rose Gold Chronograph Watch less than 1/2 the cost for the fossil. Last but not least my favorite on the left myjlynndesign wrap bracelet that is half the cost of the coveted Chan Luu Rose Gold Wrap Bracelet! Happy Stacking!!!

Summer Style: The Flirty Romper

La Fee Verte Silk Romper            TOBI Crystal Claire romper                    Indah Taylor romper

Urban Outfitter Motel Janet                   TOBI Day and Night romper                    Free People Cat and Mouse Romper

Rompers are everywhere this summer! I have to be honest I associated rompers with toddlers and snap on onesie's at first. I wanted to try one out anyway so I found a cute basic black romper like the one Courtney K. is wearing  to ease my way in.  I LOVED it! I also got a ton of compliments mostly from my husband who insisted I add a few more to my wardrobe. It's difficult not to feel youthful, flirty and comfy (BIG bonus) when you slip one on. Just add a cute belt and your set to go whether it be a beach party or dinner in the city. Not to mention all of the above are under $100!!!
